Return & Refund Policy

At Chosen Crew, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Free of wear, stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Hats
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

(For hygiene and quality reasons, hats cannot be returned.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you’d like a different size or item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Chosen Crew is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
