Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier, weather conditions, and destination.

International Shipping

At this time, Chosen Crew does not offer international shipping.

Shipping Delays

Chosen Crew is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather or natural events
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chosen Crew is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, Chosen Crew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or building management
• Contacting the carrier directly

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
